The
founders
Four years ago, Fritz Trott met Cihan Aksakal and Frederik Fahning, the founders of Zenjob. All three of them were eager for a new challenge in life and better job satisfaction. Fritz had already been through a marketing career at Rocket Internet, Cihan had built up the business kaufDA as founder and CTO, and Frederik was investigating legal issues regarding digital potential on the job market.
The three of them wanted to develop something new, driven by the idea of using digital technologies to improve the world of work in a lasting way. They founded Zenjob with the aim of changing our world of work so that one day people could decide for themselves when and how often to work.
