No false step with our safety equipment
Some of our jobs require safety equipment to ensure that you are fully protected.
If you book a job early enough in advance, we will send you a link to our online shop where you can order your equipment for free.
If your job is coming up very soon, you must buy the equipment at a hardware store and get reimbursed. Don’t forget to get a receipt so that we can reimburse you.

Invest in yourself: our cashier training
Our free digital cashier training gives you access to many well-paid jobs in our app. Once you’ve completed it, we’ll unlock you for cashier jobs in supermarkets.
Please note that this training is only available in German, as our cashier jobs require good German language skills.

How our cashier training works
A clean bill of health: the health certificate
You need a health certificate (Gesundheitszeugnis) – known as “rote Karte” in Berlin – if you work directly with food, e.g., in restaurants or hotels.
You can get the health certificate at the Ministry of Health (Gesundheitsamt), from a doctor, or online.
Once you’ve received the health certificate, your workplace (in this case, us) must sign it within 3 months. You can upload it in your app under Profile > Trainings & Equipment. Don’t forget to complete the follow-up instruction (Folgebelehrung) and refresh it every 2 years.

How our hospitality training works
Good-to-go: the certificate of good conduct
Some of our jobs require a certificate of good conduct (Führungszeugnis), especially if you work in security-related areas.
If you already have a certificate of good conduct no older than 3 months, you can upload it directly in your app. If you don’t have one, you can easily apply online.
The certificate of good conduct will usually be sent to you within 2 weeks.

The more experience you have, the more jobs you can apply for. Send us any relevant documents you have, such as a forklift licence, reliability check (ZÜP), certificate of good conduct, G25, G41, 34A or similar.
