Customer service employee

As a call centre agent you will be responsible for dealing with written and telephone customer requests. If you have a strong service attitude, enjoy dealing with customers and
are committed and communicative, then customer support is perfect for you!

Through solution-oriented work, you will ensure customer satisfaction. Depending on the company, tasks such as verifying identification documents via video calls may also be added to your duties.

Knowledge of MS Office, very good written and spoken German and good English skills are required.
