Conditions of Participation Zenjob Loyalty Program
The Zenjob Loyalty Program is a voluntary and free offering from Zenjob SE. Participants initially earn digital rewards (badges) for achieving milestones; once the program is successfully launched, additional rewards such as bonus payments, vouchers, or merchandise items will be introduced progressively. Details of all milestones and their associated rewards are displayed directly in the app.
I. Participation Requirements
- You hold an active Zenjob account in our app and have explicitly registered for the Loyalty Program.
- You are at least 18 years old, reside in Germany, and act as a natural person (not a company).
- You are properly enrolled as a student, have not exceeded your maximum allowance of 70 working days per calendar year, and have not been suspended or deactivated for personal or behavioral reasons.
- By completing registration, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements.
II. Milestones and Rewards
- Upon reaching defined milestones (e.g., five completed shifts, participation in trainings, successful referrals), you will receive the corresponding rewards.
- Examples of rewards may include digital badges, bonus payments, discount vouchers, and branded merchandise; this list is not exhaustive.
- A complete overview of all milestones and associated rewards available in the app can be found at any time in your profile under “Milestones.”
- Zenjob reserves the right to adjust or discontinue milestones and rewards at any time.
III. Reward Notification and Redemption
- Employees will be notified when they qualify for new rewards; all pertinent details regarding the type, validity period, redemption or payout procedures are specified in the respective notification.
- Non-monetary rewards (e.g. vouchers) become available for redemption once unlocked. Information on shipping or other fulfillment procedures is provided in the corresponding notification.
- Monetary rewards (e.g. bonus payments) will be paid out as part of the next payroll cycle.
- Zenjob reserves the right to modify the rewards program at any time, to suspend individual rewards temporarily, or—if calculation or distribution errors are discovered—to make appropriate corrections.
IV. Profile Picture, Avatar and Name Display
- You may optionally upload a profile picture in the app to visualize your progress.
- If you prefer not to use your photo and real name, you may instead choose an avatar image and a nickname.
- By participating, you agree to have your profile picture (photo or avatar) and your name (real name or nickname) displayed in the app.
- Your progress and earned rewards will be shown in a shared dashboard or ranking, where all participants can see who the most active Zenjobbers are.
V. Non-Transferability
- Participation in the Loyalty Program and all associated rewards are strictly personal. They may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or otherwise assigned to third parties or another user account.
- In the event of the participant’s death, the account will be closed and any unredeemed reward claims will expire.
VI. Duration and Termination
- Participation in the Loyalty Program begins on the date of your registration and continues as long as you meet the requirements set out in § 1. Shifts worked prior to registration will not be counted.
- You may terminate your membership at any time, without giving reasons, via our Help Center.
- Upon termination of your participation—whether by cancellation, deletion of your profile, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements—all outstanding rewards will expire and your access to the program will end.
