Anforderungen & Hinweise
- Personalausweis zur Schicht mitbringen.
- Achtung: Bei Nichteinhaltung des Dresscodes kann der Kunde die Person nach Hause schicken; dies wird dann nicht bezahlt.
- 15 Min. vor Schichtbeginn am Store sein.
- Die Anfahrt wird bezahlt. Das bedeutet, dass die Ankunft in der Filiale erst eine Stunde später als in der App angezeigt erfolgen muss. (Beispiel: Zeit in der App: 8:00 - 16:00, die Kernarbeitszeit ist dann 9:00 - 16:00. In diesem Beispiel wird der Job also um 9:00 vor Ort angetreten.)
- Mit der Buchung wird zugestimmt, dass die Kontaktdaten an den Kunden weitergegeben werden.
- Das Handy während der Arbeit nicht nutzen — nur zu den Zeiten und an den Orten, die der Kunde erlaubt, etwa in den Pausen.
- Das Tragen von Kopfhörern oder das Hören von Musik während der Schicht ist nicht gestattet.
- Der Einsatz ist wichtig – bei Krankheit oder Verhinderung die Schicht daher so früh wie möglich absagen, damit sie neu besetzt werden kann.

- Attention: Not keeping to the dress code may result in the customer sending the person home, unpaid.
- Be 15 min before the shift starts at the store.
- The commute is paid for. This means arrival at the store isn't required until one hour later than the time shown in the app. (Example: Time in the app: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., the core working hours are then 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. In this example, the job starts on site at 9:00 a.m.)
- By booking, agreement is given that the contact details will be passed to the customer.
- Do not use your phone during work — only at the times and places the customer allows, such as during breaks.
- Wearing headphones or listening to music during the shift is not allowed.
- The work matters – if sick or unable to attend, cancel the shift as early as possible so it can be filled by someone else.
